Memorial Day is always a good time to remember where you came from and who loves you.  It is a time that I take to remember my mom who passed away almost 12 years ago.   This is a picture of here when she was quite a bit younger.  Although I didn’t take it, I did want to share it with you.  Since the copyright expired several years ago I was able to scan it, fix some tears in the photo as well as age spots and reprint it for my brothers and sisters a few years ago.  If you’ve lost a loved one, take this holiday to remember all the great things about them.  If you haven’t, then take the time to tell them that you love them

The one thing that seems to always appear is a quick smile and model like poses from the cutest 5-7 year olds.  They are used to being in front of the camera and like to have their picture taken.  They definitely make my job a lot easier.  The fun thing is to be a part of capturing their moment in time.

We are in the process of moving our proofing website over to our NEW SITE.  The transfer comes after some serious thinking in how the website was to grow and be able to offer an easy but effective solution to your needs when ordering prints online.  Along with a new PROOFING SITE we also are going to have specials every month this year.  Father’s day specials next month followed by a Summertime special for July.  Stay tuned as we share some more photos from the studio this coming week as well as the upcoming specials and remember that if you are looking to order photos online you can find them HERE.

This is one of my favorites from a recent dance I was asked to do photos at.  The decorations were very nice and they even included this cute little carousel that we could take pictures of.  I know the kids had a great time.
