Christmas Baby

Elizabeth and Dad

With the steady stream of families and children visiting our studio this past Christmas holiday, I’ve just now been able to bring some images home and share them with you.  This just so happens to be little Elizabeth.  She is such a beautiful little baby and smiled for me every time I asked.  Here you can see just how tired she is as we were setting up another scene, she just fell asleep on her dad’s shoulder.  A beauty isn’t she?

Our Three

Our Three

These are the three that all the holiday commotion is going to this year.  With the oldest getting ready to lose her first tooth and the youngest about to get his first, they bring happiness and joy I would have never known any other way.  My wife even set up an advent tree for them this year.  They alternate days on who gets to open a present.  The other day we were sorting through the gifts and my wife noticed there were about 6 gifts missing.  We figured it might have been our middle child and she politely confronted him the next morning.  She said, “Porter, I want to ask you a question and you need to tell mommy the truth ok?”  Porter responded, “I didn’t open the presents mom, I didn’t open the presents!”  He showed her where he had been safekeeping them, in a bag underneath the big Christmas tree.

Some More Beautiful Christmas Kids

Cute Kids!

Yesterday I had a couple more children visit the studio for Christmas pictures.  They were a lot of fun and enjoyed playing with the blocks and rocking car that we have.  I liked these two poses and wanted to share them with you.  If you need to get your photos by Christmas I must have them ordered by the 16th of December, that is only in 6 days.  Wow. Give me a call and I’ll work around your schedule to get your photos for the holidays.

Beautiful Kids

Christmas Pictures

This morning started out great with a couple of wonderful kids.  Just like any kids in our studio they found the best toys to play with.  We also had some wrapped gifts that drew their attention.  It was a good session and we had a lot of good shots.  These two are some of my favorite from the group that I shot.  Hope you enjoy them as it helps me feel the Christmas Spirit just a little bit more.

Fraternity Composite

Fraternity Composite

Earlier this year I took some photos for a Fraternity in Springfield.  They were needing some reprints for each member as well as a composite to hang on their wall in the frat house.  After getting all the artwork as well as the advisor’s picture I sent out this final composite to the lab last night.  After we get the print back it heads out to the frame shop.  This time of year there is almost a one to two month wait.  It will look really nice once it is all finished.
