Senior Pictures

A collage of Lauren.

This evening we had Lauren and her mom come to the studio for her Senior pictures.  She was reffered by a senior who had their photos done just a few weeks ago.  We decided to do the outdoor photos first and headed that way.  After almost two hours of photos outside Lauren and her mom decided that they wouldn’t need indoor studio pictures.  You can see by the photos I put into a collage that Lauren is a happy and energetic senior.  She was always smiling and made the two hours fly by.

Adding Some Pictures

Ribbon Cutting

I’ve been slacking again at adding some recent work to the site.  If you didn’t know last week was the grand opening of the brand new Willard High School.  I’m going to add a few photos from some that I took that night.  I’ll upload all of them and add a link in the next couple of days so that you can see them all and try to find out if you are in any.

The Crowd

Here is a photo of everyone behind me trying to get into the door after the ribbon cutting.

Congressman Blunt

Girls.

A few girls showing their love of the new High School.

Ryan

This is from a week and a half ago.  Ryan came in from Kickapoo to get his Senior pictures done.  We went to a couple places outdoors and then to a field to get a picture of him and his car.  I think he is proud of it!  All of them turned out great and it was easy to get hiim to smile for the camera.

Mr. Bolton

Grant also came in for his Senior pictures.  If you can’t tell, Grant likes soccer.  He brought in a ton of trophies and medals. I think he was just showing off a bit.  You can also see him in a few pictures down.  Its the one where he’s on the fallen tree across the creek.

Willard Grand Opening

Here is one last picture at the High school.  There is Congressman Blunt speaking and you can see the massive crowd listening to him.  I can only imagine the turnout for BasketBall games!!

Some Senior Pictures From Last Week

Grant

Grant came in last week to get his senior pictures done. He brought a couple of friends to get his pictures with. After they took off we went to our outdoor location. I knew there was a creek where we were going and I wanted to get some pictures there, but we were lucky to see this tree just upstream. What a sweet locatioon and a memorable time that we were able to capture.

Time slips away.

Little Ellie

It seems like time just slips away.  There is so much I need to catch up on I sometimes forget where to begin.  We had little Ellie in our studio last week and I wanted to update my site and show a picture of this cute little cowgirl.  She was so happy through the whole shoot.  She loved the block and the rocking truck we have.  I have quite a few more pictures to add and will do so through the rest of the week.  Oh, and I hope all the kids have a great day back to school today!!!

A few photos from the last couple of days.

Logan

We had a loving grandma come into the studio wanting to get some photos of her grandson.  The only problem is she just didn’t know when she could bring him by.  She asked if she could just call and come by if she had time and I had a free slot of time.  So she called and I did have some free time so they came by and here is a one sample of the photos we were able to get.

Nick

Nick came by today for his Senior Pictures.  We had them scheduled for earlier in the week but it was the day that it rained so we switched them to Saturday.  We went out to Ash Grove for some outdoor pictures then back to the studio to get out of the heat.  He brought his guitar (which was pretty nice) that he had been playing for 3 years or so.  We got some good shots of him and his guitar and I really like this one.  I only wish I could play!

Bird Family

We had the Bird family scheduled for Thursday night.  Due to some conflicts it got changed to Friday night at 7:30pm.  After I got home from work Friday the wife and kids and I took a trip just to get out of the house and drive around.  It was a lot of fun and then we ended up going out to the barbeque restauraunt here in Willard.   My phone rang at 8:09pm.  I asked my wife, “Who would be calling this late?”  Then it hit like a ton of bricks, I had forgotten my appointment.  We quickly paid and went and got my equipment.  We got ahold of them and headed over to their house.  We took about 7 pictures at about 8:30pm and it was just too dark.  There are a couple that look good but they were kind enough to reschedule for Saturday evening and these look a hundred times better.  Lesson learned, no one is perfect and especially not me!
